A Favour, Pretty Please with a Cherry on Top

By now, everyone knows (I sincerely hope!) that the rewrite of Medousa is now available at Amazon, Amazon UK, Amazon France, and Alibris, and other places. Critiques and reviews, and the advice of “second edition” beta readers were gathered and considered throughout the process. As a result, the novel was vastly improved. In some ways it became far more brutal. But it also became emotionally “closer,” and perhaps even dramatically “truer.”

My big challenge now is to spread the word far and wide so that I can gather as many readers for my book as possible. In addition to the methods I am currently making use of, I am given to understand that once a book on Amazon garners fifty reviews, Amazon itself will help promote the book. So, you can probably tell what’s coming next.

I would be ever so grateful if any of you, my interested readers, would be interested in slogging through my book, and leaving an honest review (whether you like the book or not) on Amazon. Again, I am not looking exclusively for five-star reviews (unless you honestly think the book deserves it). Just fifty honest reviews of substance.

If you are interested, please contact me; I am willing to send you a free Kindle or Print version in return for a review.

I thank you in advance.

About Michael Butchin

I was born, according to the official records, in the Year of the Ram, under the Element of Fire, when Johnson ruled the land with a heavy heart; in the Cradle of Liberty, to a family of bohemians. I studied Chinese language and literature at Rutgers University, New Brunswick. I spent some years in Taiwan teaching kindergarten during the day, and ESOL during the evenings. I currently work as a faceless drone in a corporate call center, and am an unlikely martial artist. I have spent much of my life amongst actors, singers, movie stars, beautiful cultists, Taoist immortals, renegade monks, and at least one martial arts tzaddik. I currently reside in my dead grandparents’ house, alone, with an impressive collection of martial arts weapons, where I practice and train daily. I am not currently on any medications.
